Story
Sandi was given to us from a patient who could not care for her as a puppy at 10 weeks. She is 2 years old, house trained and very loving. She is a miniature shepherd husky. Would be great in open land environment, farm, good with kids! She is playful, energetic and loves cuddles! She is very attentive to your needs and would be a great pet for a family with children and open land for her to play and run! Sandi trained easily and can learn new tricks quickly. She does require undivided attention at times and loves time devoted to her.

Story
We adopted Pepper from a rescue 5-6 years ago. She is an absolutely wonderful pet - cuddles, licks, plays, etc etc and is great with our family and kids. We are unfortunately unable to give her the attention she needs. Her issue that is causing us to rehome is that she is overly protective of our home and property. She barks intensely and acts out toward any strangers to her who come to our property, and this includes the kids on our street who are now scared of her. It is unfair to my son and his friends that they can’t play outside around our house due to her uneasiness and defensiveness towards strangers. This really is the only issue but it is big enough for us to need to rehome. We feel someone that could give her more attention and exercise and meet her needs would be better fit for her. She would be wonderful for a family that has some more property, as we are in a neighborhood.
