Meet this beautiful blue eyed boy, Frank the Tank!Frank came into the shelter back in February 2023 and we estimate him to be around 3 years old now. He has a gorgeous colored coat and the bluest of eyes! Frank is an energetic boy who enjoys being active outdoors but then is happy to have some relaxing time inside afterwards. He is dog friendly when introduced properly. Frank would love to find his furever home and get out of the shelter life. Lucca arrived at Horse Creek Wildlife on March 24, 2025. His ideal home is one where he can be the center of attention—he’s not a fan of farm animals or cats, and he’d prefer to keep his circle strictly human (and maybe a fellow dog or two who shares his zest for life). He enjoys running and romping in our exercise areas with other dogs. Lucca is 59 pounds full-grown, and we believe he is an Australian Kelpie mix. If you’re ready for a loyal companion who will brighten your days and fill your home with laughter, Lucca might just be your perfect match. Come meet him and see why everyone falls in love with this goofy, lovable boy! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. They receive monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention. All of their medical needs are taken care of before they are available for adoption. Our adoption fee is $100.00. Please complete an application, if you have found a dog you are interested in adopting. Kim Austin, our adoption facilitator, will be in contact with you as soon as she has an opportunity to review your application. Understand that she has other duties and she will not ignore any interest shown in adopting one of our dogs. An application will need to be approved before a scheduled time to visit our dogs will be set up. It may take up to 48 hours before she returns your call or responds to your email, due to work schedules, holidays and adoption events. We do the very best we can for the dogs we have rescued and do not take the adoption process lightly. Please be patient and understand that we will place our rescued dogs in the very best homes possible and reserve the right to refuse applications.
