Found abandoned, injured, and covered in porcupine quills, these boys have fought their way back with quiet strength and gentle spirits. They are now fully vetted, healing well, and slowly learning that humans can be kind. Currently, they are being cared for at an auto mechanic shop, where we work with them daily—earning their trust one step at a time. They’ve begun taking food from our hands, showing us just how much they want to open up and move forward with their lives. These brothers are not aggressive, just scared and unsure, and they need someone patient, calm, and experienced with shy or previously neglected dogs. A foster who can offer consistency, compassion, and a peaceful environment will make all the difference in their journey. Hi there! I’m Brewster, and my foster family says I’m the sweetest, most lovable boy around. I was born in a shelter, but I’ve been living with my amazing foster family since I was just two weeks old. I come from a big litter of seven, and while all my brothers and sisters have found their forever homes, I’m still waiting for mine—and I’m patient because I’ve gotten some extra special time with my doggy mom. She’s a speedy herding dog, and I’m going to be just like her when I grow up, so I’ll need plenty of space to run and play! I’m a smart little guy—I already know how to sit and come! I can be a bit shy with new things, so I’ll do best with someone who can help me build my confidence. I also need lots of exercise and mental stimulation, so a fenced yard is a must. I do get warm quickly (I might have some husky in me), so I enjoy the outdoors in moderation. I love having doggy friends and hope my forever home has one for me. I’m on the smaller side, like my mom, and I adore snuggles, soft beds, and treats—I’m a great sit-for-treats pup! I do get a little excited at mealtime because, well… I love to eat! I’m still learning to go potty outside, so a patient family will help me keep improving. I just know my perfect forever home is out there, and I can’t wait to meet them!
