Story
Chief is a spirited and affectionate Mini Australian Shepherd who has been a beloved member of my family since April 1st, 2019. He's more than just a pet—he's a bundle of joy, always eager to bring a smile to your face. Chief is just over 5 years old, making him the perfect balance of playful energy and mature companionship. Personality: Chief is incredibly loving and thrives on attention. He’s always ready for a game of fetch, although his favorite part is the chase—bringing the ball back is optional in his book! His playful nature is matched only by his loyalty and desire to be close to his humans. Chief is looking for a home where he can continue to receive the love and attention he deserves. He would thrive in an environment where he can play, explore, and be a central part of the family. Ideally, his new home would have a yard for him to run around in and people who are as excited to spend time with him as he is with them.

Story
We are currently looking for a loving home for our dogs, Sage and Sky. These two pups are incredibly loving, caring, and joyful. We have made the difficult decision to find them a new home as we are unable to provide them with the space, time, attention, and care that they truly deserve. We truly hope to find a happy, caring family with a spacious backyard or even a farm where Sage and Sky can roam freely, enjoy cuddles, have fun, and live a fulfilling doggy life. It's important to us that for the first six months post-adoption, we receive updates on how they are settling in, along with some pictures. Sage and Sky are inseparable, so they must be adopted together to ensure their well-being and happiness. We want to make sure they find a loving home where they can thrive and bring joy to their new family. If you believe you can provide Sage and Sky with the loving home they deserve, please reach out to us. Adoption Fee is to cover spay surgery for Sage and a round of shots.

Story
Zorra is a mixed breed- Mini Australian Shepherd & Pekingese. She will be 2 Feb. 25, 2025 and we don’t think she will be growing much more. She is crate trained and house broken. She is very curious and hyper as are most young pups. Her personality and breed along with our other dog, is not a good fit for our smaller yard so would like to find her a new home where she may have more space to run and play.

Story
This is Rodae (pronounced Row-Day). He’s a 7 year old black & white Australian Shepherd who belonged to my mother. We took Rodae in when my mother had to be moved to a nursing home. We’re looking to rehome him as we already have 2 other dogs in our small house and he would do best in a single pet home. He does get along well with our dogs, but likes to get all the attention and is used to being the only dog in the house. He’s a fun Aussie who loves to go for walks, car rides, get baths/be brushed, play ball and is surprisingly pretty chill for a sheepdog. Rodae is fully housebroken and easily trainable; he’s smart and food motivated, and already knows to sit, come, fetch, and go to bed. He’s also crate trained. He likes kids and could easily fit into a home with a child/children 7+ & up. We’re not certain how he would do with cats. He’s a good dog and could really use a great home with all the attention he deserves. Some of the pics above are from doggie daycare.

Story
Meet Indiana (Indy), a most handsome blend of Shepherd and Border Collie! True to his heritage, Indy is highly intelligent and very athletic. He relishes physical activity such as romping in the play yards and hiking the trails with his favorite volunteers. His happy energy is boundless; he is a perfect workout buddy for someone who loves to run and exercise outdoors! Indy has previously thrived in foster homes, where he lived harmoniously with teenagers, livestock, and several other dogs. Here are some glowing notes his foster family shared with us: "Indiana is such a sweet and affectionate boy! The way he belly crawls into our laps and gives full-body hugs just melts our hearts. Indy is extremely smart and easy to teach, and has already mastered basic commands like "come and "sit. He is potty-trained, sleeps quietly all night in his kennel, and he has lovely house manners. This handsome boy plays so nicely with other dogs, he and his PAWS foster brother (Theo) have so much fun together! Indy just adores people, he is instant friends with adults and kids alike. He behaved beautifully at his first off-site event, where he met dozens of people including Santa! A cool thing about Indy is that even though he is part Border Collie, he has no desire whatsoever to herd or chase our livestock. You can see in the photos he wanders peacefully around our horses like they aren't even there. He would do great as a family pet or a farm dog, he is such a good boy! We think Indiana is a perfect match for an active household that enjoys exercise and adventures. His intelligence and athleticism also make him a great candidate for agility course training, he certainly has the heart of a champion!
