Hi new friends! My name is Gingi. I’m a blue merle Miniature Australian Shepherd, and I’m 8 years old. I consider myself a pretty laid-back kind of guy. I’m not your typical high-energy Aussie — I much prefer lounging around the house and enjoying a really good meal.When I do get a burst of energy, my favorite thing is playing fetch in the backyard. I like the ball thrown a max of five times… then I’m ready for a well-deserved break. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve developed some joint issues, especially in my hips, so I do best with gentle play and patient walks. I would truly thrive in a calmer home, where I can relax, feel safe, and get the gentle attention I deserve. Recently, my family has grown with toddlers and a baby and the busy, noisy environment has become overwhelming. I do have a medical condition that causes seizures, but they are well managed with medication twice a day. If you’re looking for a sweet, mellow companion who loves cozy days I might just be your perfect companion

Obie is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and people-oriented — he loves cuddling, giving kisses, and greeting you with his whole body wagging. He’s also goofy, smart, and playful with that classic collie charm. Obie is housetrained, great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and adjusts well to new routines. He has a lot of energy and would thrive with a family who enjoys walks, playtime, and keeping him mentally active. Inside the home, he’s soft-hearted and calm; outside, he’s adventurous and fun.
