Story
• Oakley is a wonderful, sweet dog. • He is 3 years old this April and he’s super healthy/strong. • He is an excellent (absolutely superior) property, guard-dog. • He is happiest with his family/owner(s), be it in the home, or in the yard/property. • Oakley’s recall is excellent. • We had 6 chickens and he loved to play with/protect, and herd them. • We have 2 other dogs in our home, and he is great with them. He is an amazing guard dog to his family/pack. • He is incredibly athletic and fast. • Oakley is learning to lessen his reactivity to stranger dogs. He needs to be with an owner who has experience with dog-training and ‘triggers’. Going for walks where there would be many dogs would be anxious for Oakley. • We are moving overseas, and Oakley will not be able to come. • It is super important to us that Oakley first and foremost finds a good, loving home. • Mom is a Mini-Aussie Australian Shepherd and dad is a full-Aussie. • Oakley weighs 45 lbs

Story
Quincy is a big puppy goofball! He is mostly blind and deaf and currently working on adjusting to his disabilities but eager to learn. He loves to be active, has learned to play with toys, loves playing in a big dish of water and has energy for days! He will need to be on a routine and slowly adjusted to new things while getting used to his new life. He needs someone experienced and who will continue on his training routines. Quincy takes a doggy one medication daily for life that he happily eats with a little peanut butter after his morning breakfast. This boy is looking for a best friend and will follow you around and lay anywhere he can be touching you. He is currently adoptable and looking for the best fit, his adoption fee is $200! He has no interest in cats, he loves other dogs but needs a break if they're too playful.. You can apply for Quincy on our website at the link here, just hit the apply button: https://meltmyheartrescue.com/animal/quincy
