Once placed into foster care, we’ve been able to learn more about this energetic and intelligent young guy!Raider is a little dynamo with plenty of energy and a strong working-dog personality. He loves to run and absolutely loves to play fetch! With his intelligence, drive, and enthusiasm, he would likely excel at activities such as agility, nose work, and other fun training challenges.Raider will do best in a home that understands working breeds and can provide him with the structure, routine, exercise, and continued obedience training he needs to thrive. An adopter with Australian Cattle Dog, Australian Shepherd, or other working-dog experience would be ideal. Apartment living is likely not the best fit for Raider due to his need for activity and his vocal protests when left alone.Raider is currently working through some challenges, including separation anxiety, resource guarding, and stranger danger. This is Nobelium. He's a 2 year old aussie/husky mix (we had him dna tested) around 50lbs. We adopted him from the humane society about a month ago. He's energetic with a lot of love to give. He's not agressive towards cats or other dogs, but is highly interested. My family has unfortunately been put into a hard situation where we adopted him a month ago and he was given a clean bill of health. A few days later he had several large seizures and had to be taken to emergency care several times over the next two weeks. He's needed blood work and an MRI. They did diagnose him with epilepsy and he'll need on going medication and care. But the expenses and the current environment he's in in our home is becoming an impossible situation to keep him happy and healthy. We have reached out to the humane society he was adopted from to ask for help and have been told the only option they can provide is end of life services. We want the best outcome for him even if we can't provide it.

Welcome Ohana to Murci's Mission Animal Rescue! Ohana comes to Murci's Mission as a transfer from an independent rescuer in cental Washington. Ohana was originally live trapped with a group of dumped dogs in Moses Lake and has since been warming up to household life. Ohana is about 52lbs with an estimated birthdate of 12/19/2023. She may be slightly reserved when first meeting new people and dogs, but is safe with dogs, cats, and children as long as she's given a few weeks to settle in and feel secure. She is curious and submissive, loving to investigate things at her own pace, give kisses, and get her belly rubbed. She is athletic and biddable and has a ton of potential to go in any direction as she is given opportunity to learn and trust in a new guardian. Ohana is leash trained, crate trained, and house trained. She is non destructive in the household when loose, and rides fine in the car. Once she's comfortable with her new family, she bonds deeply and loves to be with her person. Ohana can escape a six foot fence, but has no intent to actually run away. She just wants to find and stick with her family. For this reason, she's not suitable to spend stretches of time unattended outside. Ohana comes spayed, vaccinated, mircochipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $200 and includes a leash, collar, harness, ID tag, food sample, medical records, and a consultation with a behaviorist to get both parties off to a good start. They were brought to me when Mama was pregnant and the were born in our house. Mom is a very plain all black, 25# dog…breed not determined but she must have picked some beautiful boyfriends. They were born on 6/9/2026…3 boys & 3 girls. Two of them have 1 or 2 beautiful blue eyes. I let my phone app scan for breeds. For each puppy I will list the 2 most common and expected but no guarantees. KARMA is a 12# female with 2 BLUE eyes possibly from the Australian Shepherd and maybe a hound with the floppy ears. We expect her to get to be 40-45#s when grown. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You will receive the dog's folder with all the printouts proving the medical treatments received.
