Meet Campbells 🍲 Why the name Campbells? Because this brave little girl was found wandering a neighborhood with a Campbell’s soup can stuck on her head. How long she struggled like that, we’ll never know — but when she was rescued, she was emaciated, dehydrated, and still trying her hardest to survive after being abandoned. At just 6 months old, Campbells has already endured more than any kitten should — yet she’s still full of love. She’s endlessly sweet, thankful for every gentle touch, and has become a total cuddle bug. She melts into your arms and purrs like she knows she’s finally safe. Now, Campbells just needs a family to show her that love and security aren’t temporary — that she’ll never have to fend for herself again. 💖 Akron Ohio

Pumpkin didn’t leave his home. His home left him. This sweet boy waited months outside a door… hoping someone would remember he belonged inside. Welcome to Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR, handsome sweet Pumpkin. 🧡 Last June, a woman moved into an apartment and soon noticed a cat lingering around her doorstep. She later learned that Pumpkin had once lived there with the previous tenants. When the couple broke up, Pumpkin’s mom couldn’t take him with her and the boyfriend simply didn’t care. When he moved out, Pumpkin was put outside and left behind. The woman who contacted us said that for months Pumpkin slept on her doorstep, trying to get inside whenever the door opened. She wished she could bring him in, but she couldn’t. Eventually Pumpkin stopped trying and made a “home” in a shed behind the apartment complex. Four walls and food left out for him, but no warmth, no soft bed, and no love. The frigid winter temperatures even left his ears with frostbite. Several rescues were contacted, but everyone was full — including us. Still, we knew we couldn’t turn a blind eye. Now Pumpkin is safe with Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR, and this sweet, handsome boy is finally getting the care he has waited so long for. This is the beginning of a new chapter for him. Now our job is simple — to bring the spark back into those eyes and find the family who will never leave him behind again. 🧡🐾

Meet Claire 💕 When our rescue got a call from a kind woman about a sweet stray she’d been feeding, we knew we had to help. As we pulled up, the woman called out, “Mimi’s Baby, come here Mimi’s Baby!” — and from down the street came running a petite, beautiful tabby cat who leapt right onto the porch swing beside her. It was clear this was their special daily routine, and that this little cat’s heart was full of love to give. But Claire (as we now call her) was struggling — she had fur loss, flea dermatitis, and was drooling badly. We brought her into our rescue, and from day one, she has been the sweetest, most affectionate girl you could ever meet. She loves to jump into your lap, wrap her paws around your neck, and give the gentlest kitty hugs. Claire has since been fully vetted, had a full mouth extraction, and is now healthy, pain-free, and ready to find her forever family. She’s a beautiful soul who just wants to love and be loved in return. If you’re looking for a cat who will melt into your arms and fill your home with affection, Claire is your girl. 🩷
