Story
Meet Annie! This 3-year-old English Bulldog/French Bulldog/Pittie blend weighs 50 lbs. This loving, snuggly girl hopes that the sun will come out tomorrow and she’ll finally meet her forever family.
General Behavior: Annie loves all adult humans she meets! She only wants to lean into them or climb into their lap and be loved on. She is very strong when she leans, plays, and walks, so she needs a sturdy and physically capable person to handle her. She is a HUGE snuggler and will lay her chunky block head on your lap to snore away loudly, whether she is asleep or not. She is an intense kisser, so be warned she will try to smother your face! She absolutely follows her people around and begs to go out on car rides when she thinks you're going out.
Likes & Dislikes: In addition to playing and snuggling and hanging out with her people, Annie also loves food! Her family will need to take care not to overfeed this sweet girl with puppy dog eyes. She also enjoys running in very short sprints for a few seconds and thrives when she plays tug of war. Annie has a lot of fun playing with her chew sticks or giant kongs, too.
Training: Annie is becoming a little lady! She is housetrained if let out frequently. She needs a bit more practice walking on a leash, but she is well behaved in the car, can sleep in a dog bed or in the people bed at night, and generally has good basic manners.
Medical: Annie has environmental allergies sometimes. She needs mild maintenance for her allergies, like wiping her paws every couple of days with antimicrobial pads and cleaning her facial folds daily. Other than that, she’s a healthy girl who just needs monthly flea and heartworm preventatives like any dog.
Other Animals: Annie is very selective about which dogs she likes, and she spooks around big or active dogs. She’d love having her person all to herself or she would have to be carefully introduced to any potential fur siblings. On the other hand, she is good with cats.
Children: Annie is a strong gal, so she needs a home with sturdy teens or adults only.
Home: Annie would do well in a condo or single-family home.
Grooming: Annie is a low maintenance girl who just needs the occasional bath. She is very well-behaved for baths.
Overall: Annie will make a loving, snuggly, playful companion for an active family who can love this goofy girl as much as she will love them.

You’ll be put in contact with her foster family if it’s a potential match. She is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption donation is $375.
