Howdy! My name is Blu! I am a Handsome , 10 year old bulldog mix . I am fully vetted and potty trained. I am not only smart but active & I love to go for walks, explore! I have alot of energy for my age so you will get your steps in for sure! I LOVE LOVE to just snuggle & am always ready to watch movies or share dinner ! I will chase a ball & will entertain you with my witty personality! I walk well on a leash, knows "sit" "stay" "wait" "back" and "down" "leave it". I wait to go out of the house and come back in. He loves to watch the world go by out the window. He needs a 6' fence so he can zoom. I love humans & I dont mind older children (over 15 )who are respectful. I definetely need a home committed to giving me exercise! I loves hiking, walking, & I sleep very well when worn out at the end of the day! PS I don love to nap in the sun too! I sometimes have anxiety if I do not get the daily exercise so please know I will settle in with an active lifestyle.. This handsome hunk is a BIG kisser, a world-class cuddler, and a smooth talker (well… tail-wagger) who absolutely thrives on female attention. If there’s a woman in the room, Papa will find her, charm her, kiss her, and make her feel like she’s the only person on Earth. It’s his gift. Papa’s hobbies include: -Being irresistible -Chewing bones like a champ -Performing intense “surgery” on unsuspecting stuffed toys -Playing tug like it’s a competitive sport -Collecting admirers everywhere he goes But don’t worry — this flirt has manners, too. He knows sit, keeps his crate spotless, and happily settles down after playtime. He pops right into his kennel like it’s no big deal because hey, even icons need their rest. Papa is dog-friendly, but cats? Absolutely not. Hi! I’m Zaida — my name means “to prosper” or “to grow” and that describes my journey perfectly. My life hasn’t always been easy. My original owner passed away, and I suddenly found myself with family who kept me outside all the time. When I came into rescue, I didn’t really know what it meant to live inside a home or be part of a family. But wow… what an amazing new world I’ve discovered! Every day I’m learning and growing. I love my people more than anything in the whole world. I’m a smart girl; I’m both praise & food-motivated, so training with me is truly fun. I’m eager to please, and I just want to make my humans proud. A consistent, confident owner would be best for me as I continue training. I am also potty trained! I sleep quietly in my crate at night, but my foster mom is working with me on being comfortable in the crate during the day. I'm making great progress! I love to go on walks! I am learning how to be the best girl on a leash. I don’t react to other dogs on walks at all! I haven’t lived with children, but I’ve met several and been fine with them. I get jumpy when I’m excited. A home with older, dog savvy kids would be best for me. Zaida's foster mom did a cat test and she did great and would probably be okay with a dog savvy cat with proper introductions!
