We rescued Zoee from a shelter in California when she was almost 2 and she has been family ever since. She is now 8 years old and is a very sweet, playful, and cuddly dog! When we first got her, she had some separation anxiety and it seemed to get better the longer we’ve had her. She loves to play with the hose water and her indestructible dog toys, but mostly loves to snuggle on comfortable furniture, blankets, and pillows. She loves being with people and she’s also friendly with other dogs- tending to be submissive and playful. Because of her slight separation anxiety, she does not do well in a kennel and is much more comfortable having free reign in the house when people are away. If it was up to her, she would love to be around people 24/7, but she also does well with another dog friend keeping her company. She’s incredibly gentle with our almost 3 year old daughter, but can also have some herding tendencies with older kids who have a lot of energy, so she’s a joy to play with!

Scooter is a very kind dog and loves to be loved. I am expecting a child soon and it just isn’t the right environment for him to be in, seeing how most of our time would be taken up. Scooter is 2 years old and is kinnel trained / house broke. He has a lot of energy so if you need to tire your kids out he’s the perfect dog.

Scout came to us from a fairly unstable home. She is sweet, gentle, intelligent and in need of special love and attention. As her breed requires, she also needs exercise, space and directed activity. We are all seniors and unable to provide these things on a daily basis.
