Meet Kilala! 🤍Kilala is a loving, purebred 4.5 year old lilac calico Exotic Shorthair who adores cuddling and sleeping curled up against you, especially by your head at night! She's a slow burn, but once she chooses you, she's obsessed. Her favorite things include car rides, wet food, treats, cheese, and chin scratches. She is easy going and loves getting brushed, her nails clipped, and even tolerates a bath once in awhile. She does best in a calm, quiet home with adults or older children. She can coexist with small dogs or other cats who respect her space, but she'd much prefer to be the only pet. Ideally, we're looking for a quiet home with someone home frequently.When stressed, Kilala can develop litterbox aversions and have accidents outside her box. Our household has become busier, and I want to find her a more peaceful environment where she can feel safe and happy. She deserves a patient, loving home that respects her boundaries and lets her sweet personality shine.

So due to no fault of her own, this poor girl was rehomed. She is incredibly affectionate, highly intelligent, and forms deep bonds with her person. She enjoys companionship but is also perfectly content relaxing on her own when you're away. She is looking for a quiet, predictable home where she can be cherished for the rest of her life. **Please read these requirements carefully before applying.** She **must be the only pet** in the home. She **cannot live with children** and will **not** be placed in a home where children are present or where children are planned in the future. She will **not** be adopted to: * Homes with other cats or dogs * Families with young children * Busy households * Anyone whose work requires frequent travel or long absences * Anyone whose lifestyle is likely to change significantly in the near future An ideal home would be with someone who is retired, works from home, or simply has a stable, quiet lifestyle and is looking for a devoted companion. Gypsy is a sweetheart. Yesterday when I arrived to feed breakfast, she was more interested in getting loved on than eating. She talks to me by purring when getting stroked. The other cats came to me after a bite for attention, then Gypsy raised her right paw and looked at me longingly to ask for more attention. She lives happily indoors with 2 other cats, but sadly the owner is in hospice and Gypsy must be re-homed, to a gentle loving home. She is special, and that's saying alot from someone who is not a cat person!
