Story
Finch is one of the most quirky dogs we have had. He is very sweet, funny, and one of a kind! Our vet says he is one of their favorites! Finch's number one priority in life is staying warm! He loves to snuggle up under blankets, lay in the sun or cuddle up in your lap. He is a pretty mellow guy but can run fast when he wants and has very lanky legs that he doesn't know what to do with! They're always getting in the way! We think that's why he is a bit clumsy and tends to sit on things like a person. Finch has never barked but when he needs to go potty or wants food, he has a very unique howl. Finch gets along with dogs and cats but doesn't appreciate young, hyper dogs in his face. He definitely prefers people. When you get home, he stands on his hind legs, dancing and boxing you with his front paws! When we rescued Finch, he had some skin issues and needed our help. He has healed up now but we discovered he has a few allergies. Sadly, the worst one is grass! He must go to a home where the yard is fake grass, dirt, concrete or gravel! He is definitely a special case and a very special pup who will love you like no other. Finch is about 2 years old, under 10lbs, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He is housebroken, crate trained and does fine on leash and in a car. If you're interested in meeting him, please submit an adoption application on our website at www.dominoeffectanimalrescue.orgDecember 10, 2023, 3:59 pm

Story
Frankie is so beautiful with his very vibrant coloring and his beautiful blue eyes. We are guessing that he is an Italian Greyhound/Whippet Terrier Mix. He is about 2 years old and very sweet. He is a fun little guy and likes to dance for his meals. He enjoys the company of other dogs. He weighs 14 pounds and full grown. He is a very mellow guy who enjoys the company of other dogs. He has long legs, so he seems like a medium sized dog, but he is small. If you are interested in meeting or adopting him, please go straight to our website and fill out the online adoption application. www.fochp.org    Please fill out our online application (www.fochp.org).  Once you meet the pet and decide it is the right pet for your family there is an adoption fee.  The adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, microchip, 30-day pet health insurance which you will need to order when we provide you with the number.    Our adoption fees are non-refundable so please be sure you are ready for a commitment to the pet you are interested in. Please be sure to check your spam mail if you feel you have not heard from us. Once we receive the application, we can put you in touch with the foster home so you can schedule a time to meet the pet.  Our adoption process is pretty quick, and a lot of volunteers are involved to ensure you get a quick response.  Please…. only fill out the application if you are ready to adopt right now and have consent from all parties involved.  Once you submit the application please verify that it is received (the screen will say your application has been received) if you do not get that message it has not been submitted. – if you do not hear from us within 1 hour, we may not have received your application.    Adoptions are based on Best fit/match and then 1st come 1st serve.  Please check your email regularly for a response from the foster and be prepared for the opportunity to meet the dog as soon as they can be adopted.    December 9, 2023, 2:17 pm
