He is very loving, fun, snuggly and goofy. Unfortunately, he is not getting along with the senior bloodhound, in Andy’s home. Rather than return MOZART, to the shelter, Andy is trying to find a loving, forever home for this big boy. MOZART is a young, healthy boy who will give the right home many years of love and companionship. MOZART is currently residing in Gilchrist County, FL. Story
Buddy is ~4yrs, enjoys chillin, chewin on his toys and bones, snuggles and play. Has selective hearing-hears loud noice, does have a level of hearing loss. He would probably do okay with a companion with proper slow introduction. Bud is a good dog, all he needs is the right person to give him a chance by gaining their trust. He does well with reward training. He does not do well when put in a fearful position or is not given attention. He needs to get his energy out, then he enjoys to relax by laying next to his person. All dogs have been spay/nuetered, vaccinated, and microchipped. They are all rescue only or for space pulls from Hernando County Animal Services. We have provided them with basic obedience training. Most respond well to basic voice commands; sit, stay, here, lay, off, down, & bed. Exact breed is unknown as we do not DNA test. We believe none of our rescues are pure-breed dogs. Rather a combination of Hounds/Terriers/Bully breeds. They have however all been behavior tested and are available for adoption. If there are any known issues with any of our dogs we disclose at meet and greet. No adoption fees. Donations are the only means of funding our rescue. Story
Sweet Cray came to our rescue after he was injured in his former home. After being treated for his injuries at the ER on Christmas Eve, he rehabbed in his foster home. He is a quirky, knee-high little boy who loves to explore the yard. He gets along with other dogs and does well with cats. He is curious about all new things. Cray is approximately 9 months old. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and started on a monthly flea and heartworm preventative.
