Hi, I'm Boogey – A Handsome Hunk Looking for Home American Bulldog Mix | Approx 6 years old | 65 lbs  I'm a playful boy with a whole lot of love and no place to give it. I came to the shelter as a stray, but no one claimed me. I'm microchipped, but the company that registered it is now out of business, leaving us at a dead end in the search for my original family. So now I wait, hoping someone out there either recognizes me—or better yet, wants to give me a second chance.   I’m full of personality. I love attention, playing, and getting out to stretch these strong legs of mine. I've got "main character" energy and I love making human friends! I think kitties are way too fun to chase, so I'm looking for a home without cats or other small animals. I'd probably do best as your one and only pet in the home, but I might do okay with another dog close to my size. If you’re looking for a handsome, goofy companion with a silly smile, I'm your guy!    Neutered | Heartworm & Lyme negative | Current on vaccinations & preventatives. Adoption fee is $20, thanks to Joe's Hope Foundation for partially sponsoring the adoption fee as a memorial contribution in honor of Deborah Ogle.   Interested in meeting and possibly adopting?
