Hi, I’m Ava 2-year-old | American Bully | 74 lbs of muscle and confidence I am an absolutely stunning girl who may look intimidating at first, but once I know you, I’m a total lovebug. I didn’t get much socialization early in life — (which is sadly how dogs like me get unfair reputations.) Because of that, sometimes it takes me a moment to warm up to new people and situations. But once I do, I love affection and being close to my people. I’ve lived with other dogs before but may be dog-selective. I'd probably do best with a male dog close to my size with proper introductions & I’m good with kids. Because I'm a natural protector & hunter who didn't get much socialization, I need a home without small animals (no small dogs, cats, or small critters of any kind - and none close by!) Because I’m a strong, powerful breed, I need an experienced owner who understands owning a dog like me comes with great responsibility (but boy, am I worth it!) A secure, fenced yard is strongly preferred to help keep everyone safe. I may not be for everyone — but for the right home, I’ll be a loyal, loving companion who bonds deeply and loves hard.
