Rescue FAQs

We are a 501(c)(3) rescue and all donations are tax deductible NBARR was originally established in the year 2000. We have strived to care for those who can not care for themselves, from hamsters all the way up to horses. We take in all domesticated animals, healthy or injured as long as we have a foster home available to care for them. NBARR also works with many shelters and other rescues to help rehabilitate less adoptable animals that may stress in a shelter environment. The entire rescue has been primarily funded by it's owner, Ashley Costello.
