We get the online applications by email, we read them all, we screen them, we select families to call, we do phone interviews, we book appointments to come and meet the selected and proper dog for a particular family, if al fits on both sides, the family can leave with the dog. We sign the contract, family pays the adoption fees and leaves with the dog. We have a 10 days trial period then the final adoption contract is signed. If we ever charter a plane, there is no trial period and require a deposit to help pay the flight.
