If we arrange transport for the adoption, you will be responsible for paying the transport fee of $150 in addition to the adoption fee of $95. There will also be a Health Certificate fee of $25 if you don’t live in Tennessee. If you decide you cannot keep the adopted dog, you must return the dog to Fayette County Animal Rescue at your expense. The dog cannot be given to another rescue or to another person.
