Rescue FAQs

Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in adopting! We are a volunteer, foster based rescue! If you are interested in a specific pet please submit an application for adoption. Please note that once we receive your application the entire adoption process may take up to 2 weeks. The foster of your pet choice will reach out 5 to 7 days after we receive your application. All of our fosters are unpaid volunteers with full time jobs and they do their very best to reach out as soon as they are able. After you speak on the phone with the foster, the next step is for your application to be approved and your references called. This can take a couple of days to a week. Once you are approved for adoption we will let you know and schedule for you to adopt/meet the pet of your choice. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Happy adopting!
