NMLR is a small rescue located outside of Charlotte NC. We specialize in pulling puppies from rural shelters 12 weeks of age and younger. Our heart and passion is puppies!! That first 6 months of a puppies life, is crucial in the remainder of the pets life. We provide loving and safe foster homes until we can find the perfect adopter for each pet we pull.
