Rescue FAQs

We opened our doors because we were in a really bad neighborhood. I saw small pups dieing every day and wanted it to stop. Together local children and I started a shots campaign. Since then, my rescue has grown and I have have added the Land of 2 Sands. We need volunteers that are loving and caring for our animals. Fostering saves lives, please consider fostering a cat or dog. We are located in Lugoff SC but will take in animals from all over when we have room . We have a service dog program and lots of our dogs have been in public for years.We take in all breeds mostly dogs but will help cats and farm animals too. As a foster care program all of our animals are treated as house pets and therefore more adoptable and 99% stay in homes forever. We will accept our animals back and they are adopted 100% of the time into a better fit home.

Additional adoption info

We do a home check prior to adoption and there is a contract and we require our animals to be part of the family. We will not adopt if the animal will not be part of the family and this means your pets cannot live outside. We realize you may have a fenced yard for day time and play time but the pets must be allowed in the home at night for loving family security. The adoption fee is $100.00. We provide service dogs at no cost. We do periodic home checks on our animals we place in homes.
