Brittany Rescue - New England Brittany Rescue NY Reg#: RR263

Dog rescue in Buffalo, NY

NY Rescue Registration # RR263
The purpose of rescue is to take in a stray, abandoned or surrendered purebred brittanys and provide them with foster care, health and temperament screening, love and an opportunity at a wonderful new home.

Brittanys can make wonderful family dogs and excel in many areas, but they are not for everyone. They are active, playful, energetic dogs who require personal attention every day. If you would like to learn if a Brittany is a good choice for you and your family please contact us. Although many rescued dogs do hunt with their new families, our primary objective is finding them homes where they will be a member of the family!

Additional adoption info

NY Rescue Registration # RR263
The adoption process helps match the prospective family's desires in a dog with the temperment and behavior of our foster brittanys.

The adoption process consists of an adoption application. Once the application is received a rescue representative will contact the adopter and do a telephone interview, vet check (on current and prior pets) and a home visit. An adoption contract is signed upon adoption and an adoption fee is paid. The adoption fee helps defray the veterinary expenses for the dog.

The current adoption feel is set by the rescue (typically $400), which includes all vaccinations up to day, spaying/neutering, microchipping, heartworm-negative, parasite-free and appropriate veterinary care of any health concerns the brittany may have.
