Adopt A Stray - NH transport

Adopt-A-Stray was founded in Jan. 2010, by Kelley Prichard. Since then, it has grown to include a few wonderful volunteers who work very hard to help ensure that our pets are place in loving, forever homes. We are based in Alexander, AR, but we list all of our available pets in the northeast. We work with several different transporters to get our babies to their new homes in the northeast once they are adopted. The transporters we use most often are Got Orphans Transport (www.gotransporters.com) and Alpha Dog (www.alphadogtransport.com).All pets are given age appropriate vaccinations before they leave. Every pet is seen by our vet prior to transport. If you see a pet listed that interests you, please be sure to read the description thoroughly and inquire to the email address listed. Rescue FAQs

While some of our pets are located in foster homes in New England, the majority are located here in Arkansas. We have a transport that runs each week, taking the adopted pets to their new homes in New England.

Additional adoption info

Fees vary, but typical adoption fee is $250-$300 and the usual transport fee is $140. The first step in adopting is to complete the adoption application, which can be found on our website or email me and I'll send you one!
