Rescue FAQs

Aussie Rescue of Minnesota, Inc. (ARM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit adoption and referral organization dedicated to placing homeless Australian Shepherds in loving, permanent homes in Minnesota and surrounding areas. All members of ARM are volunteers and receive no monetary compensation for their efforts. All of our dogs live in foster homes until a suitable "forever home" can be found.

Additional adoption info

All adoption candidates have been screened by a veterinarian, including but not limited to:
temperament check
health check
spayed/neutered
test for parasites
test for heartworms (treated if necessary)
current on all shots
microchipped
Adoption Application can be accessed through our website(temporarily down please email laura@kingofthehill.org for application)
Adoption fees are $300 plus MN state tax
