PVCA Animal Rescue is the sister organization of the SPCA Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. We facilitate the transportation and adoption of rescue dogs into loving forever homes. PVCA is a network of volunteers, transporters, and foster homes. Our sister shelter, the SPCA PV rescues, rehabilitates and promote sterilization in the Puerto Vallarta area, with the goal of eliminating the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable animals. The organizations are wholly run through donations and volunteer efforts. The dogs & cats of Mexico are too often found living on the streets after being discarded and/or extremely abused. Compassion Knows No Boundaries!

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationApplications can be submitted online at: https://forms.office.com/r/b1Fkq3u4zw, or enquire at pvcaadoptions@gmail.com
- InterviewWe will follow up with some questions / clarifications. We will then do either an in person home visit or virtual.
- Approve Application
Additional adoption info
We screen all applications and require a home check (virtual or in person) prior to placement. We charge a $550 CAD adoption fee. We provide support and check ins post placement, and solicit follow up photos and publish adoptions for our community of adopters / followers
