Rescue FAQs

Pacific Pups Rescue is a Los Angeles based rescue. We keep all of our dogs in foster homes so that they have a comfortable and loving place to stay while they wait to find their forever homes (Please contact info@pacificpupsrescue.com if you are interested in being a life-saving foster parent!). We do not discriminate any dogs based on breed, size or age. We welcome dogs of all kinds. We will work with you to help find your perfect pup!
We serve all of Los Angeles. We have staff on the Westside, Southbay and the Valley. We can make arrangements for our dogs to meet potential adopters coming from anywhere in Los Angeles!

Additional adoption info

There is an application process, and a tax deductible donation fee, which includes all up-to-date vaccinations and the dog's spay or neuter. We may opt to do a homecheck, but will discuss during the adoption finalization.

We also require a one week "trial period" with the dog to make sure that you and the dog get along well. After the one week period, we will either move forward with the adoption if the adopter so chooses, or the potential adopter can return the dog to Pacific Pups Rescue without penalty.
