Shamrock's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Shamrock's Story...
Hi I am Shamrock. I came to the Yavapai shelter on St. Patty's day so why not. Can you say HAPPY! Yup just a happy boy. Looking for another playmate and family that will let me run and play.

I have been through training and am ready to join a fun family. I love kids and other dogs. I just want a place to play and relax.

I would be a great hiking dog and love rides. I sit for treats and am learning other commands.

Come check me out. I will make a great addition.

For more information or to meet me, please complete an Adoption Interest form and please email adopt@valleydogs.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shamrock, a Gilbert Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
