Hermoine's Story...
I'm a tiny little thing and so sweet. I'm only about 5 pounds and the vet says I'm gonna be a tiny girl for the rest of my life.

Someone dumped me outside and I was so scared. I'm now safe inside and healthy.

I'm a cuddler and love to make a trilling noise to greet you. I run to greet my foster parents when they come home. I'm really just a kitten teenager myself and I'm ready for my forever home! I'm used to dogs and other cats.

Included in adoption fee: spay surgery, FELV/FIV testing, all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, deworming and flea treatment

Please complete an on-line adoption application if you are interested in adopting Hermoine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hermoine, a Columbus Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Columbus, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
