My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Atlas - just under 3 years old. House trained, very obedient and eager to please. He's mellow and likes to cuddle. But if you hear his bark, which he rarely does, you will be totally impressed. He's got a deep bark that would send any potential intruder running like their butt is on fire. :)

He's a great dog. He came to us after his first human who had adopted him from a local shelter was diagnosed and quickly lost her battle with cancer. Then he was adopted to a family that seemed great but they said he had been in a couple of fights with "friend's dominant male dogs" and they were not able to control him. He is currently being fostered in a home with male and female dogs, older and younger, smaller and larger and with cats. He is fine. We are writing this up to a human issue not a dog issue. Yes, we do believe he might not appreciate being mounted by a male dog in his own backyard or home but that does not mean he deserves to be labeled dog aggressive.
