Here's what the humans have to say about me:
http://valleydogs.org/clancey.html
I’m just one bundle of happy energy – that’s how I got the name Be Bop. I was found running down State Route 51, and was brought to Valley Dogs as the lady who pulled me from the freeway was not sure what to do with me.
I am believed to be about 2 years old. I am fully house trained. I have been neutered and brought up to date on my shots, as well as given a micro chip so if I get lost again I can be found.
Right now I live in a foster home with 8 other dogs. I get along well with all of them, although I am not so happy when one of the other dogs invades my space, and will let them know if they are crowding me. I am learning how to play, and my foster mom laughs when I watch the other dogs and try to figure out what they are doing so I can join in.
I like to do a little dance on my back legs when I want attention, although foster mom tries to get me not to. See, someone was not so nice to me earlier in my life and I have a dislocated hip, both of my front wrists are dislocated and one of my toes will have to be amputated due to it being dislocated. The doctor says it looks as if someone swung me around by my limbs when I was younger and never had the dislocations fixed. But, Valley Dogs is working to raise the funds to try to help me get fixed up.
However, I don’t let any of that slow me down. I go on walks with the other dogs at the house (I love going outside when it is nice), I chase the other dogs, I jump up on the bed when I want a soft place to lounge, and I do my little dance for attention. About the only things I don’t do is jump down off the bed and I don’t like walking on gravel.
So, can you use some happy loving energy in your life? If so please contact my foster and ask to meet me – Be Bop - maybe I’ll be your baby.
