Handsome Ozzie is a 3-4 yr. old Belgian Shepherd/Border Collie mix weighing 60 lbs. and needs special understanding and a gentle touch since he was abandoned on the street for several months just trying to survive. He is super sweet and realizes that he was saved from a high kill shelter where he was in the "code red" status, waiting for his number to come up!! He is completely vetted and just looking for a good home where he will feel secure and loved. He is being fostered in Miami and is definitely up for a meet and greet to see if he is the one!!
