Angel was rescued from a hoarding situation with a total of 27 dogs in October 2014. She spent nearly 2 months in a shelter but was too fearful to find an adoptive home. Dogworks placed Angel in a foster home, and her personality quickly started to shine. She is very affectionate towards kind people and is a quick learner. Angel bonds with females and it seems that she wants to be a woman's dog. She would be well suited for a mature single woman. She already knows her new name and walks well on a leash.

Angel has minimal interest in playing with other dogs but gets along well with them. She is also good with cats. Her favorite activity is perching on the furniture to view the world from a higher perspective--very cute! Angel is low energy and low maintenance.

This pretty girl weighs about 35 lbs, and the vet guesses that she is 5-6 years old. Her black coat is very thick and soft. Angel has been professionally groomed and well loved by her foster mom.
