Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke the Shepherd and his litter mate Ace were found as strays early last summer. They were hungry, under weight, filthy and desperate.
A local rescue took them on without a plan and had to put them into boarding immediately which is where they have been sitting since August 2014. Now the rescue has walked away from their outstanding bill and the dogs they vowed to help.
Thankfully the owner of the facility is a friend and he contacted us for help in networking them. They are now fixed, vetted, getting walks & socialization.
Duke is good with other dogs and people of all ages. He's 50 pounds and very intelligent. He is the type of guy that would love a job, agility, patrolling a yard, something to stimulate his mind.
We are guessing he is around 4 years old, young adult, healthy, excited but learning to walk on leash.
