Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Felix is a special boy waiting for his very own special person to find and claim him. His birth and the first few months of his life were as a feral cat. The good news is that he can still be a wonderful pet, given time. He needs lots of love, patience, attention and consistency. He gets along with other cats and he loves kittens! He has made great progress at the shelter and enjoys being petted by those whom he knows and trusts. Felix needs a loving person with the heart of a rescuer, who will help him come out of his shell and enjoy life. The reward is great. You will be there for all the wonderful firsts: Felix giving you head bumps because he knows you are HIS person; starting to purr for you; the first meows; the first snuggles; the first time he rolls over and decides to be cute for YOU. Getting a feral cat to trust you is one of the most rewarding, heartwarming, and touching experiences!

His $50 adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, a free wellness visit with our vet within two weeks of the adoption date, and 30 days of free pet health insurance. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Mondays by appointment, and we are located at 10220 N. 32nd Street (just south of Shea Blvd.) in Phoenix.
We offer a low-cost vaccine clinic on Sundays from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm (walk-in; no appts.), a low-cost dental clinic on Wednesdays by appointment, and one free cat-behavior counseling. Please visit our website at www.homefurgood.org for more information.
