Sweet Sam's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sweet Sam's Story...
Sam was rescued out of high kill Downey Shelter. He is so sweet despite his horrible beginnings. I believe he was probably a yard dog because when we rescued him he was full of fleas, thin and neglected. He didn't even know how to walk on a leash but after being in foster care, he walks well on a leash, housebroken and just a wonderful loving dog. He is still timid but warms up quickly when he feels save. Sam is 8 lbs, around 5 y.o. maybe a Chihuahua/beagle/rat terrier mix. If interested in meeting sweet Sam please contact Tee 310-490-3337 or tnt718@aol.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweet Sam, a Los Angeles Chihuahua/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Beagle for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Chihuahua/Beagle dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Beagle breeders who help with Chihuahua/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
