CECILIA needs a place to heal...

PA - CECILIA, was left to die on the Philly streets, found herself at the local shelter, unable to walk, but still giving kisses. Cecilia may have been the victim of a hit and run or more likely, an abuse case. This sweet girl requires a special needs foster home with someone who can lavish love and patience on Cecilia while she has time to regain strength in her legs. While we still aren’t sure what is causing Cecilia’s paralysis, she seems to be gaining strength and we want to give her the chance to learn to walk again.
