My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This gorgeous kitty is Jazzy. Only 1-2 years old herself, Jazzy has already been a good mom and is great people pal. She does not show the typical “tortietude” of many Tortoiseshell cats (except to other cats), but is sweetly compliant and human pleasing. Jazzy obviously has Oriental genes in her heritage. She has the narrow triangular face, large ears, long lithe body and long tail common to the breed. A friend found her pregnant and hungry on the mean streets, took her in and fostered her and her little family. While he was sad to part with them, he knew they would find great homes, and all 6 of her kittens have done so. Now Jazzy needs a home of her own, to be loved and spoiled. She has been spayed, so no more kittens for her; has received her shots, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. She will be microchipped upon adoption. Contact Shannon at 707-441-9502 or
Shannon@sierrapacificfurbabies.com if interested in meeting her. An application, home check and an
adoption fee of $80 are required. Discounts to active military and veterans, seniors, and on disability. If you are looking for a sweet companion, Jazzy is your girl. She likes to stand up on her hind legs and reach up for you to give her loves. She enjoys sitting on your lap and will often put her paws on your shoulder, and nibble your ear or your finger. These are signs of affection, not true bites, but can be startling the first time she does it. She is fiercely protective of her person and very jealous of other cats interfering with her person. Even though she does get along ok with other cats, she would do best as the only pet in the home.
