Kinky's Story...
This young girl is happy but shy yet likes to play. She's super pretty weighing in around 35 lbs. Her estimated year of birth is 2014. We are unsure what her mix is but we're guessing some terrier and some shepherd...it's hard to know for sure. She would do great with a family that can take her on daily walks and teach her leash training and basic obedience to boost her confidence. Due to her shyness we'd like her to go into a home that has another dog. She will benefit from and learn from another dog in the house. This girl has a lot of love to give but will need some confidence building using positive reinforcement. She does well with other dogs and cats. If interested, please contact RickyC68@aol.com and please include a phone number where you can be reached. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kinky, a Simsbury Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle for sale in Simsbury, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog from a breeder in Simsbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simsbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simsbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simsbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
