Lou's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Lou's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/lou-shepmix.html -- Lou is a 7 year old Shepherd mix. She was abandoned by her owner and has been looking for a stable forever home that wants a big (70 pound) loveable dog.

She is great with all dogs, cats, and kids. She enjoys greeting people with a bark, but she is not aggressive. She is timid of some men but takes to anyone with time. She is housetrained, crate trained and doggy door trained.

Although at 7 she would be considered a senior dog, she is high energy and would do great in a home with someone that's home a lot or very active with her (hiking/running). She is up to date on all her shots and micro chipped.

Wouldn’t you like to meet her?? If so, please complete an adoption interest form and email mespino421@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lou, a Gilbert Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
