Alita is a sweet little 3.6 pound puppy. She and her sister Aubry were just cast aside like a piece of garbage. She has been give her first vaccine, as well as worm meds, and will be given  her second vaccine prior to being ready to go home. She will be ready for adoption July 6th.

The adoption donation is $200, which includes a $50 spay/neuter deposit. This will be forwarded to the vet of your choice.  The normal contract will include an agreement to have the puppy spayed or neutered and is not negotiable.   We are an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) group,  so your donations are tax deductible and go right back into the care of these and future wonderful pups.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alita, a Crossville Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Crossville, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Crossville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crossville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crossville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crossville paves the way for another one to be saved.
