Ophelia's Story...
Hi I am Ophelia. I was finally taken home by a nice guy who fosters boxers after 2 weeks of running loose. I am a very good girl. Love the other dogs in the house. I was initially ok with the cats but play a little rough. I am working on my leash training and love to go on walks and rides in the car. I have no food aggression and am doggy door trained. Also, I am a very quiet girl. I rarely bark. If you are my special family I am your girl.

Please complete an adoption interest form and email it to telyohn@live.com if you are interested in meeting me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ophelia, a Gilbert Hound (Unknown Type)/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
