Woolly's Story...
Woolly is an adorable ~10 week old solid grey (Russian Blue mix) kitten.

Woolly is a very playful and adventurous kitten who really likes to explore with the help with his partner in crime, Tamerind. He has a little face and big ears and endless amounts of playtime energy! He also had a very peculiar way of doing things like climbing and eating that's unique to him and makes him even more adorable. Woolly meows a lot when he can't find Tamerind and stops when he see him. As such, we are asking that these two lovable boys be adopted together.

Adoption fee is a minimum $75 per cat donation to Feral Fixers . All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and felv/fiv negative. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens or cats are adopted together, $130 for a pair. Brief screening questionaire and contract apply! Please email gotfriendlies@feralfixers.org or call (630) 881-7459 for more information

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Woolly, a Lombard Russian Blue kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Lombard, or seeking a Russian Blue kitten from a breeder in Lombard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lombard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lombard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lombard paves the way for another one to be saved.
