Elliot's Story...
Hi there! My name is Elliot and I am a 1 year old Great Pyrenees mix. I have been neutered, de-wormed and I am up to date with my vaccinations. I will still require a rabies vaccine after I am adopted.

I am a friendly guy who loves attention and treats. I may be a little shy at first, but once I get warmed up, I'll be your new best friend. My friends say I'm a goofball, so once you get to know me, you'll be able to see this for yourself! I suggest though that if you have another companion at home, that you bring them down to meet me, to ensure we will be friends. If you are interested in adding some fun to your home, come visit me at the shelter today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elliot, a Lloydminster Great Pyrenees/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Collie for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Collie dog from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Collie breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
