Rune's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Rune's Story...
Rune is the last of his litter of six, and the only one with longish hair. He is shy and sweet, and looking for a BFF. Rune likes to be held but is nervous around dogs, and his current foster home does not have dogs, so it is not ideal for him. He would love to be part of a home where he could be the one and only pet, or maybe share with one other kitten he could play with. Older, larger cats also intimidate him. He has a very gentle disposition. He likes to give kisses on your fingers. He loves to play and play and play - and often will not come when called until her is worn out! Rune has been neutered, is up to date on his shots, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and is microchipped. An application, safety home check, landlord approval if renting, and an adoption fee of $80 are required. An indoor only pledge is also required. Discount to seniors, military/veterans, proof of disability and adoption of multiples.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rune, a Eureka Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Eureka, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Eureka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eureka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eureka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eureka paves the way for another one to be saved.
