Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MEET DIAMOND!
She's our Diamond girl! This stunning girl was surrendered to Philly's animal control shelter because her former family ran into some housing trouble. Luckily for her, she caught the eye of a City of Elderly Love foster family and quickly found her way to safety. Diamond has been a joy to have in foster care and is now ready to set sail for her forever home!
Diamond is a healthy ~7 year old Shih Tzu mix with a gold and white coat. In addition to her stunning good looks, she also has an adorable personality! She is currently living with other dogs and a cat in her foster home. She has been great with every dog she's met since coming to the rescue and respects her feline friend's space. She'd do great in a multi-pet home! Diamond can be a little shy when first meeting new people and may let out a bark or two, but as soon as you sit down, you'll find her wiggling her way into your lap for some love. She LOVES to snuggle. It might actually be her favorite hobby! Her second favorite thing is food - duh! Diamond gets adorably excited for breakfast and dinner. If you can't find Diamond in her crate, which she actually enjoys spending time in, you might find her perched on the back of the couch like a cat! This sweet little lady would make a great addition to just about any home - could it be yours?
Diamond is available for adoption through City of Elderly Love. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is also negative for lymes disease and heartworm. Interested in adopting her?
