MEET ULYSSES!
Meet Ulysses, the googley-eyed wonder! Ulysses is a ~12 year old tabby who was brought to Philadelphia's animal control shelter as a stray. Because the shelter is overcrowded with pets of all ages and Ulysses is an older guy, he was quickly selected for euthanasia. But we couldn't let that happen to such a happy, social and affectionate guy. A City of Elderly Love foster family scooped him up and whisked him away to safety just in time!
Ulysses has a beautiful tabby coat and stunning, big bright eyes! His good looks are the perfect complement to his amazing personality. Ulysses recently lived in a foster home with other cats, dogs, and kids. While he got along fine with his four-legged friends, it was clear that he prefers to spend his time with his people. Ulysses loves, loves, loves his human friends - big, small, young, old - doesn't matter! He'll chat with anyone about their day. That's right. Ulysses will be ready to greet you at the door after a long day at work and will gladly hear all about your day. And don't worry about him. During the day while you're away from the house, he'll occupy himself with bird watching in the morning, playing with cat nip toys around lunch, and napping in the afternoon. Ulysses will be an easy addition to just about any family. Could it be yours?
Ulysses is currently residing at our adoption kennels at Pet Supplies Plus in Phoenixville, PA! You can stop by any day to meet him at 700 Nutt Rd. Phoenixville, PA 19460.
Ulysses is available for adoption through City of Elderly Love. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is also FIV and FeLV negative.
