My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Hershey" is a handsome 8-year old male Chocolate Labrador Retriever who arrived at the HSOV on March 27, 2017 after he was found on Brown's Road in the Marietta Ohio area. This big guy was wearing a collar but, unfortunately, there was neither an id tag nor a dog tag to enable us locate his owner. And he was not microchipped :(

"Hershey" has a chocolate brown short smooth coat, a long tail, and a darling Chocolate Labrador face with a liver-colored nose and long floppy ears. He has graying on his muzzle which gives him a distinguished-looking appearance.

"Hershey" has a friendly, easygoing personality. He currently weighs 100 lbs. "Hershey" is enthused about w-a-l-k-s and comes out of his kennel like a race horse out of the gate :) But he is more of a sprinter and settles down to a nice walk with a few minutes.

"Hershey" will be available for adoption on March 30, 2017 if he is not reclaimed before that date.
