Here's what the humans have to say about me:
http://www.valleydogs.org/zinfandel.html
I'm was an exhausted young mom when I came to Valley Dogs in February. It's a lot of work for a small gal to grow and feed 5 puppies! My human family knew I was having a rough time, and after a visit to a veterinarian, they decided they couldn't help me anymore and turned us over to Valley Dogs to get better. With a few months of good food and care from my foster mommy, I'm all better and having lots of fun with my puppies and all the other foster dogs in the house. I love to run around the yard with them chasing me. I have lots of energy, and I feel great! After all, I'm still a youngster myself.
When I'm not playing and running with the pups, I like nothing better than to curl up with my human on the couch or in bed. I can still be a little bit of a mom though, and I try to boss around the girl dogs in the house, too. I might do well as an only companion so you can share all your love with me, but if I have another doggy friend, a boy would be best.
Three of my babies have already found their forever homes, but my babies, Chianti and Grigio, are also looking for their human families.
