My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Melvin and I'm oober soft. I love loving on my kitties, doggies, and foster parents. I have a cute little short nose and I also love to stretch out and sleep in weird ways. Once you meet me, you will fall. Hard. I like being held like a baby and I'm really interested in water:toilets flushing, faucets, water fountains. I like to play but I'm not super hyper. Kiwi is my best friend.

We do our best to ensure that all of the PetPromise pets and their new owners are the perfect match, so the adoption process includes a mandatory home visit; for that reason, adoptions outside Franklin County, Ohio and contiguous counties may not be possible.

PETPROMISE DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER. Our pets are housed in volunteer foster homes while awaiting adoption.

PETPROMISE HAS NO PAID STAFF. The people processing applications are volunteers with full-time jobs and families, so it may be several days before you receive a response to your application.
